This is the orderly process of counseling and assisting in finding the  “right job”.  It is provided by a company for an employee who has been or is about to be dismissed. We provide programs from 3 days to 3 months to support exempt or non-exempt employees. These programs are customized to the needs of the company and the participants. Our services can range from employee counseling and career guidance to resume writing, job placement help, or financial planning.

Background Checks
We understand the Background Investigations to be an outstanding tool to identify qualified, productive, honest and loyal employees. Our extensive menu of services offers you a complete overview of a candidate’s background.

  • Criminal Record Search: A complete search to include police and courthouse criminal records, both for state and federal convictions. 
  • Social Security Search: This search reveals names and past and present addresses associated with a Social Security Number, which is vital information towards criminal history research.
  • Motor Vehicle Records: Our report will reveal motor vehicle offenses and indicate the type of license granted and any restrictions on use.  It is also essential where convictions for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not a criminal court record.

  • Credit History Examination: It’s performed in strict compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), can reveal a great deal about a prospective employee. 
  • Professional License Verification: We verify the currency and dates of a professional license, such as CPA, lawyers, medical and teaching credentials.
