Are those where service requests are published and the initiative to participate in the process is originated at the candidate. These passive types of sources produce qualified candidates in high volume service requests or candidate rich market.
Are those where our representatives initiates the contact with the candidate. This is an active method which renders greater benefits in markets where resources are scarce or currently employed.
Interview Process
The best qualified candidates are submitted to behavioral interviews. Based on the fact that past behavior predicts future behavior, this type of interview provides trustworthy results.
Candidates that produce positive results in the interview process are properly documented and presented to client. When presenting client with the top three candidates it is important to document interview results in a clear and objective fashion.
Background Verification - All candidates submitted for final consideration will be subject to background verification. US & PR Standards shall include criminal record, sex offender registry, education validation and professional references. Other regions will guarantee education certification and professional references.
Offer Management – BMA representatives will collaborate with Hiring Manager and or Client's representative to prepare employment offer for candidate. We will present, negotiate and produce offer acceptance agreement.
