Metrics- We present metrics to understood the effectiveness of the program. Preparation and distribution shall be discussed in detail on the Service Level Agreement at contracting. Key performance indicators shall also be detailed in the Scope of Work Agreement.
Responsiveness – This metric is designed to measure the amount of time it takes a BMA representativeto handle a client request.
Quality of Work- Seeks to measure the conformance of requirements to standards and/or specifications.
