Internal Efficiency– 4 day Metrics
Initial communication with our client must be prompt and accurate. We need to learn about the position, the company and the environment. It is important to identify the needs according to the job description. If one is not available, we help create it. It is also essential to communicate with Requesting Managers to identify operational needs. We must do this in the initial communications since it is our goal to return feedback no later than the 4th day.
Job Motivation & Behavioral Interviews
All Candidates must meet motivation standards in three areas: Job Challenge, Company Culture and Geographical Distance. After having met all the Motivational, Educational and Experience requirements, our candidates are submitted to behavioral interviews to validate the competences required by the position. These competences are identified and discussed with the Requesting Managers in order to ascertain our interviews are parallel to those ran by the client. Candidates’ competences are ranked and properly documented.
Clear Documentation
Once the required competences are validated and measured they must be presented to the client in a way that allows them to understand the capabilities of the candidates and objectively make a selection decision. We provide this individually as well as a comparison. Just as important, we perform and validate a compensation analysis to present the client with correct salary and benefits information. Sales positions are requested to provide full compensation evidence to validate 24 months of past sales.
